What can I do to get our house shown more than it is currently being shown?

Price and pictures are what typically get showings on your home. If there is a buyer in your price range working with an agent in our area, there are many homes to see, probably too many to see them all. To be included on a buyer’s “tour,” you want to be priced not only according to the recent sales of similar homes, but also as good as or better than your competition.

  • They didn't leave anything out. We got answers right away. The team is very professional and we are really pleased and we have become friends with them through the process!

    Joe Rager
  • They were quick to respond to concerns and answered all of our questions!

    Charles Allen
  • They did a great job. The team worked together and I believe the signage out front helped a lot!

    Mohammed Rasul
  • They guided me through something I've never been through before. So, they did everything right--Linda made it very easy!

    Karla Allmon
  • Kirstyn was fantastic and followed through on emails and texts with questions I had. Her whole handling of the situation was amazing and we worked together for over 3 months. It was a great process.

    Mike Duque
  • We needed to sell our house first. Diane prepared us really well to make sure that it was fixed up properly and staged properly. She didn't push to sell it until it was ready and when it was listed in took 10 days so that was great. She also did a great job of helping us to see as many houses as we need to.

    Tim Skibbe
  • Our closing was remote, but our face to face time with Diane was when she helped to show us homes. Everything went so well for us not being physically present. Everyone was very communicative!
